Guest House
The house is divided into two sections. One part features its own kitchen, living room, and five bedrooms, while the other includes an additional five bedrooms and a spacious hall ideal for yoga, aerobics, dancing, and other events and retreats. The property can be rented in two ways: as a half-house (accommodating up to 10 guests) or the entire house (for up to 20 guests). Additionally, the hall can be rented separately for groups of 10 people.
What makes our guest house unique is the coziness and the privacy. The area is very quite, with a view toward the mountains. We have a big front yard , a swimming pool, and a garden with a barbecue area. And excellent WiFi of course, for those who want to work and have fun in the same time).

Yoga
We have a dedicated yoga hall that accommodates up to 20 people, perfect for yoga sessions, retreats, and other events.
Free Wifi
There is free WiFi available everywhere at the property.
Activities
The pool is 9x4.5 m and 1.2m deep. It has a fence for child safety. We have a halfpipe in the yard, suitable for skateboarding or roller skating. The kids can also enjoy a trampoline :)
Housekeeping
Generally the guests will take care of cleaning on their own during their stay. However, if requested, housekeeping for extra charge is possible.
Garden and Outdoor Dining Area
We have a big colorful garden, with hammocks, sitting area, pool and a covered BBQ area, which can seat up to 14 people.
Pet friendly
We love animals and we will be happy to host them too! But please, let us know in advance.

THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA
Cultural Sites
Located in Central Bulgaria, Apriltsi is an excellent starting point for visiting important heritage and cultural sites.
Sport Activities
Mountain biking and motocross are among the best sport opportunities in the area. There is a halfpipe in the yard for skateboarding or roller skating. Within a short drive you can find tennis courts, which are new and well maintained. There is a new pump track close to Apriltsi, in Sevlievo.
Market Tour
A local market takes place in the city square every Sunday. You can find fresh fruits and vegetables, flowers and wood craft works.
Leisure Activities
At the Bottom of two of the major peaks in Stara Planina Mountain - Maragidik and Botev peak, Apriltsi is a preferred location for tourism and leisure activities. There are many trails and routs towards the nature.

We can contact you with our colleagues, who organize many thrilling Jeep Safari Tours for groups.
Horse Riding
If you want to ride, close to the house you can find several popular horse ranches.
